The partial outage was due to ongoing maintenance in another region that inadvertently affected some of our US East customers. The environment has been restored to working order and the incident has been resolved.

We have noticed an additional issue where outbound calls were not ending when the other party hung up. A fix was implemented and we are continuing to monitor for any further issues.
